Ma holder has to be registered to EudraVigilance Veterianry to be allowed to use electronic AR reporting system through web tool EVWEB. Guidance for registration are published at: http://eudravigilance.emea.europa.eu/veterinary/register.html

Through web tool EVWEB the MAH can get direct and safe access to EudraVigilance Veterinary. This way of access is preferred within European pharmacovigilance system.
