Persons using or performing servis of veterinary technical devices

These persons are obliged accroding to Section 66c (4) of Act No. 166/1999 Coll., on veterinary care, to report to ÚSKVBL any serious event linked with veterinary technical device. The form available in next section Forms for download should be use. The following timeframe should be used:

• 24 hours after occurence in case that event lead to animal death,

• 3 days after occurence in other cases.
