• Department of laboratory for monitoring residues of extraneous substances
• Department of the official testing laboratory for medicinal products control

• Quality control of veterinary medicinal product in compliance with requirements of the Act No 378/2007 on Pharmaceuticals. The laboratory acts as an official laboratory for a medicinal product control;
• Quality control of non-medicinal veterinary products according to requirements of the Act No 166/1999 on Veterinary Care , as last amended (Act No 322/2008);
• Monitoring of medicinal products residues in food chain as follows from the Act No 166/1999 on Veterinary care, as last amended, and from its implementing regulations. A department carrying out this activity acts as a National reference laboratory for monitoring of medicinal products residues in the Czech Republic  .

The Section for laboratory control has been accredited by the Czech Accreditation Institute (CAI) and it is a holder of a valid Certificate of accreditation.  A section of the website where you can find information about the laboratory control divides into the following areas:
